Albert “Albo” Davis, Sr.

Albert “Albo” Davis, Sr., departed this life on March 28, 2025, at the age of 69. He was a hard-working cement finisher and a jack of all trades, born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to the late Robert Leon Davis, Sr. and Mrs. Beverly Livous Davis and raised in Valley Park. He loved to cook, with grilling being his specialty. He enjoyed laughing, always helping others, and, most of all, he loved his family. Albo will truly be missed by many. He leaves behind cherished memories with his mother, Beverly Livous Davis; his sister, Alma Davis Brumfield; his brother, Floyd Davis; his children, Albert Jr., Britnee, Brandon, Cierra, Carl, Porscha, Paris, and JaKobe; his best friend, Kimberly Davis; and many wonderful grandchildren, family members, and friends.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Charity Christian Center, 871 O’Neal Ln., Baton Rouge, La at 10 am until the religious service at 12 pm. Pastor Johnny Offord, Jr., will be officiating the service and Pastor Jed Brumfield will render the eulogy. Interment will be in Winnfield Memorial Park Cemetery.
