Alcee Hurst departed this life on June 6, 2024, at the age of 90. Viewing will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024, at MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, 87 Paddio Johnson Ln., Greensburg, La 70441 at 4 pm to 8 pm. Viewing will resume on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 9 am until religious service at 11 am. Pastor Charles Hurst, Sr. will be officiating the service. Interment will be in Turner Chapel Cemetery.
