Edward McCray, Jr., 82, of Baton Rouge, departed this life Friday, Jan. 26, 2018 at Baton Rouge General Medical Center Bluebonnet. Visitation at Andrew Chapel United Methodist Church, 41600 Hwy. 16, Denham Springs from 4 pm to 7 pm Friday, Feb. 2. Final visitation will resume at the church from 8 am until religious service at 11 am. Conducted by Rev. Karl Clark. Interment in the church cemetery. Survived by two daughters, Shelia M. Dudley of Baton Rouge and Angelica McCray; two sons, Bruce Edward McCray (Carolyn) and Kenneth Wayne McCray both of Baton Rouge; two granddaughters, Kayla M. Abadie (Corie) of Denham Springs and Kelsey McCray of Baton Rouge and a great-granddaughter, Kamille Abadie; two brothers, two sisters and host of other relatives and friends including his Florida Blvd. Council on Aging friends. Arrangements entrusted to MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, Denham Springs.
