Elton Mitchell, 54, a resident of Baton Rouge, departed this life Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014. Visitation at MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, 7803 Florida Blvd., Denham Springs from 4 pm to 7 pm, Friday, Dec. 19. Visitation will resume at Beech Grove Baptist Church, 2376 Thomas Rd., Baker from 10 am Saturday until religious service at 11 am. Conducted by Rev. Gregory White. Interment in Plainview Cemetery, Denham Springs.
