Eugene Pounds, Sr., 73, a resident of Kentwood, departed this life Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016 at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. Visitation at Spring Creek Missionary Baptist Church, 250 Spring Creek Rd., Kentwood, Rev. Elton J. Strickland, pastor from 9 am Saturday, Dec. 23 until religious service at 11 am. Rev. Norwood Hills, Sr., officiating. Interment in the church cemetery.
