James Alex Turner, age 74, a resident of Hammond, departed this life, Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019 t North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. Visitation at St. Mark Baptist Church, 13590 Dunn Rd., Walker from 9 am Saturday, Nov. 9th. until religious service at 1 pm. Conducted by Elder Edgar Lee Thomas. Interment in Walker Memorial Park, Walker. Arrangements entrusted to MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, Denham Springs.
