Jessie Mae Sanford, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2023. She leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy that will forever be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A visitation will be held in honor of Jessie at MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home (Denham Springs) located at 7803 Florida Blvd, Denham Springs, LA 70726 on October 4, 2023. The visitation is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM and conclude at 10:45 AM. This will be an opportunity for loved ones to gather together to share their fondest memories of Jessie and support one another during this difficult time.

Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at the same location. The funeral service will begin promptly at 11:00 AM and conclude at 12:30 PM. During this time, family members and friends will have an opportunity to pay their respects and celebrate the beautiful life that Jessie lived.

After the funeral service, a final farewell will be held at Picayune Cemetery located at 2336 Palestine Rd., Picayune, MS 39466. The interment is scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM and conclude at approximately 2:15 PM. It is here that Jessie will find eternal rest surrounded by the beauty of nature that she so deeply appreciated throughout her life.
