Pastor Joseph Allen Bell departed this life on October 22, 2025, at the age of 69. He faithfully served as the Pastor of Miracle Love Ministries in Houston, TX along with his wife, Lady Ronda Bell. Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Church of God, 3135 Ozark St., Baton Rouge, La 70805 at 8:30 am until the religious service at 10 am. Dr. Vernon Phillips will be officiating the service and Dr. Mark Dillard is the Host Pastor.
