Julies Bonds "Sonny", 72, a resident of Baton Rouge, departed this life Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at his home. Survived by his brother, Eddie Barnes and a sister, Willie Mae Barnes both of Pontiac, Michigan; four children, Jeannie Wright (Harry) of Prairieville; Anita Moore (David) of Zachary; two sons, Julius Michael Bonds and Jeffrey L. Bonds and wife Chanel all of Baton Rouge; ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relative and friends. Preceded in death by his parents and a son, Dennis A. Bonds. Visitation at St. Luke Baptist Church, 16262 Old Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge from 9 am Tuesday, April 14 until religious service at 11 am. Conducted by pastor, Melvin Washington. Interment in Cann Cemetery, Baton Rouge.
