Kendra was born on June 13, 1984, to Daniel and Virginia Bell. She was educated within East Baton Rouge Parish's School System, graduating from Redemptorist High in 2005. She was baptized on June 18, 2000, by Reverend Dr. Alvin Francois. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Belfair Baptist Church, 5550 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., with funeral services immediately following from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held at Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70815.
