Kenner Lee "Kent" Lockett, a resident of Baton Rouge, she departed this life Friday,
Feb. 14, 2014 at Hospice of Baton Rouge at age 79. Visitation at New Rising Sun Baptist Church,
16444 Highland Rd. from 4 pm to 8 pm, Friday, Feb. 21, 2014. Visitation will resume at True Light Baptist Church, 3836 North St. from 10 am Saturday until religious service at 11 am. Conducted by Bishop Thelma Pearl. Interment in Cann Cemetery, Baton Rouge. Survived by her children, Ethel Williams, James, Jr., Richard, Sr. and Ronnie Lockett; Frances Cain, Gloria Cain, Linda Lockett and Hattie Moore.
