Melvin Stokes departed this life on April 18, 2026, at the age of 78. Viewing will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at True Believers Christian Center, 6676 Van Gogh, Baton Rouge, La 70806 at 9 am until the religious service at 11 am. Interment will be in Mt. Pilgrim Cemetery.
