Oliver George, 68, a resident of Maurpaus, departed this life Thursday, June 15, 2017 at North Oaks Medical Center Hammond. Visitation at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 27279 LA 22, Springfield from 9 am Saturday, June 24 until religious service at 11 am. Conducted by Pastor Frances M. Cook. Interment in St. James Cemetery, Springfield. Arrangements entrusted to MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, Denham Springs.
