Russell B. Lyons, 66, a resident of Baton Rouge, departed this life Thursday, July 7, 2016 at his home. Visitation at Promise Land Baptist Church, 7234 Plank Rd. from 9 am Friday, July 15 until religious service at 11 am. Conducted by Rev. Perry Wright. Interment in Louisiana National Cemetery, Zachary.
