Viola "Doll Baby" Overton Hurst departed this life on March 31, 2024, at the age of 86. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, 87 Paddio Johnson Lane, Greensburg, La 70441 from 4 to 8 pm. Viewing will resume on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Turner Chapel AME Church, 875 Turner Chapel Road, Greensburg, La 70441 at 9 am until religious service at 11 am. Bishop Aimee Anderson will be officiating the service. Interment will be in Turner Chapel Church Cemetery.
